i received my preferred room upon arrival. the staff are consistently cute and helpful. i appreciate the hotel's location near various restaurants and bars.

The hotel has a nice outdoor area with a restaurant and a bar. The swimming pool is a great bonus. It also had lounge chairs. I liked that the bed was soft and comfortable.

non-functioning safelimited selection
I found a couple of issues . the in-room safe was not functioning. it took two calls to reception and almost an hour for someone to come and fix it. Quite inconvenient. also, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. The selection was limited, and the quality of some items, like the pastries, was rather disappointing.
